Which strength should I choose?
6, 12 and 18 mg per pouch. All three are shown side by side on every product page.
How do you use an ALP pouch?
Place one pouch between your upper lip and gum. Leave it in for up to 30 minutes, then dispose of it responsibly. Do not swallow. Each tin holds 20 pouches, available in 6 mg, 12 mg and 18 mg.
